i casted arrow at a soldier left ring finger, got this tracebackback and now i keep getting 'Wait a
 few seconds bewfore tring to cast again..'

You bring your arms up in front of you, holding the air as if it were some sort
of invisible bow. While chanting a few arcane words, you pull back on an
invisible string and as you do so, an arrow of magical energy, green in color,
forms as though it was being loaded.
