Subject: I don't know if this is a bug.....
I don't know if this is a bug or not, but everyone's been complaining about focus not boosting, and
I think it's cuz the learn chance is 1 in 12(skill focus).. Where as bladed is 1 in 5. I think
that's way too high.. *shrugs*
