Subject:  Boosting

This is just a note for future reference. About once a week someone hasn't boosted a skill in
 awhile and is convinced the system is broken only to find out that they actually cane boost, it
 just took some time. The code is filled with random and formula's up the wazoo, and sometimes you
 don't boost for a long time. It's as simple as that.  Patients grasshoppa's, all will work out in
 the end. :)
