Subject:  Spells and you.

Alright folks.

Recently everyone and their mother has been asking me for spells.

I'm not familiar with the mechanics of spells nor do I claim proficiency in how to give out spells
 to people, or teach them or whatever. However, per Skeet's advice, you will need to submit a
 request to Cujo about it, since I think he's the spell guy or whatever. He knows what to do with
 reguards to the situation. Once I know what to do, I'll help when I can.
