Subject:  Teaching Spells

I was thinking it would be nice if when teaching a spell to somebody, If the @spells command could
 list what spell you're teaching and to who. Maybe with a little notation of how far along they are
 something like "they are doing good" or "they still have alot of practice" or "they've almost got
 it." Or even a otice when the other person is done learning the spell would be cool.

As of right now, it's pretty much all guessing and frustration when going to teach a spell at the
 end of RP or whatever to find out that you can't because someone is still learning and have no
 clue when they'd be finished.
