Subject:  quota issues

An idea for helping characters with quota issues. If a character wishes to roleplay and in doing so
 acquires a large quota as a result of describing their items it seems logical that they could in
 turn purchase more quota with character points (I think its a worthy cause for them). This would
 cut some of the whining about quota down by providing a way to change it while having a cost. I
 think 5kb for 25cp would be a reasonable exchange rate. It also gives an avenue of escape for
 those whom wish to have well described items and yet are running into quota problems (like me and
 a number of others I could name if asked to).
