Subject:  Spells

I have been noticeing how spells arent spread around, they seem to be taught to the exact same
 people every time and when those wizards learn them they teach one person and the spell spreading
 stops because the wizards tell the learner not to teach the spell. I have an idea that when a new
 spell is made a diffrent wizard gets it like Dante, or Eican. Just a suggestion
