Let me explain this further, since no one seems to understand the purpose of my post.
First of all - be aware that I already KNOW about 'cancel 10' or 'cancel all' and its wonderful
 applicability to cancelling everything in your queue.
I also know that you can remove items from the BACK of your queue by using the command 'cancel'
 with some parameter less than 10.
Really. I knew all that... honest.
However... there is no command to rid things from the FRONT... as in FRONT... like you know, the
 first things you typed? ...of your queue.
