When you ask someone "What if I fireball you?" and they don't respond whatsoever, it's pretty
 likely they're AFK, or not watching their window, eh? Also, if someone idles when there's no crits
 in the room and starts attacking one as soon as it gets in, as if that someone were a crit
 him/herself, that's a dead giveaway as well.
