Subject:  NPC's picking stuff up

Ok, it would be nice if the NPC's that we can't take out...didn't pick up stuff that we droped.
 I've lost two weapons this way and franlkly, I'm running out of quota space. ;)
If when someone just drops something around them, they instantly pick it up and wield it. It's hard
 to compeate with that, and if we can't take them back, then their lost.
