Subject:  thievery again

Im not suggesting this change be made because it could prove to be difficult, but it might be
 interesting were upon thieving there were a perception check of the person thieving to determine
 if they can noticed that they were caught stealing. That way sometimes they would know they were
 caught and sometimes they wouldnt until they are actually caught.
