I've modified the @name verb again.. gives traders and thieves permission to @name.. traders so
 they can @name their objects to sell, and thieves so they can name themselves a disguised name
 (this is temporary till I code a thief command to change your name) I'd like if you'd do something
 like this... @name me is "John_Doe_(Skeetre)" with all the proper aliases.. Icly players will only
 know you as the name not in ()'s but I'd like everyone to know ooc'ly who you really are (without
 fingering your name, etc) Don't let me catch anyone abusing the @name verb either. THank you :)
