Attic

The dark ceiling slopes gently up from the east and west to a point, forming a triangular shape at either end where pale, creamy stones make up the sandstone walls. In the centre of each sloping side, a small niche extends outward, with open glass windows lined with colourful, well-kept flowerboxes on the outside. Near a wide window that has been decorated by pale cream curtains touched with gold thread in the northern wall, is a wide double bed, wooden posts carved with twining leaves and vines. To the western side, a small oaken table surrounded by four chairs, balances a vase of freshly cut flowers that send the sweet fragrance of nature into the air, while, in reply on the eastern side, a beautiful cradle rocks. On the south wall sits a wooden wardrobe. A pretty woollen rug warms the smoothly planked floor that extends to the raised railing protecting the flight of stairs that leads downwards.
Obvious exits include stairs (down, d) .
