Subject:  Boosting with potential points

I edited the 'boost' verb in the stat center to make it cost 1 pot point per stat point below 100,
 then it's an extra point per 100 points.. so if you got 1500 bladed, boost it 1 point, it costs 16
 points. Where before to boost melee from 32 to 33 would have cost you 33 points, the bladed from
 1500 to 1501 would have been 1501 points of potential ;)
