Subject:  New Command @req

I just added a new command to the wizard features, @req.  Due to @request-character command, it
 doesn't want to show help on @req.  So type @req <spell> to request a new spell. But be
 forewarned, if I see a spell like smurf or something stupid, I'll mutate you!  It would be
 hilarious to cast smurf on rayne, but let's face it, smurf stew just isn't as tasty as it sounds.
