Sefira's idea sounds good to me.  My suggestion would be (for now at least) that we have one
 central location... in the largest city available... someplace down an alley?  As for
 orginization... I dunno... we could be OOCly democratic, or have wizzes pick people... or I don't
 know what other options there are.....
I"m just throwing in ideas as fast as they come to me.... so this is my cent, once I find the other
 it'll get thrown in too.  :)
