IMHO, RP stealing is not a waste of time. In the end, I find that RPing is much more enriching
 (pardon the pun) than any sort of coded activity. RPing provides so much more room for -style-
 than code can and basically, it is the whole point of an RP MOO. If you want everything to be
 coded, why not just go find a MUD? Also, people have a choice as to whether they want to RP steal
 or codedly steal. A 'real coded stealing thieves guild' would not only have less unity than any
 'rp stealing thieves guild', due to the fact that that the latter would spend more time -RPing-
 which would provide the unity, it would also be dead boring.
In fact, if the thievery skill was taken away right now, I would not really bewail its
 disappearance at all.
