Subject:  Stealing and Thieves Guild

Ok now if there is a thieves guild what does it do? It surely doesnt steal I mean half the thieves
 only RP steal which baisicly is a waste of time. If you are a thief with good thievery you should
 steal. It has also been my impresion that the thieves arent bad guys. They should be seeing as the
 steal from others. I agree with Leland, there isnt a real coded stealing thieves guild and there
 should be.
